Terms & Conditions – AV Group Design

1. Parties

Seller: AV Group AB (Reg-No 559309-0847), Överstegatan 2F, 416 57 Gothenburg, Sweden.
Buyer: Any natural person aged 18 or over (or with guardian’s consent) who provides a valid delivery address.

2. Contract Formation & On-Demand Production

The contract is concluded once you click “finalize assets” at checkout. All items are produced on-demand via our fulfilment partner after payment is received.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is captured immediately at checkout through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• Ownership of goods transfers to you only after full payment is received.
• If an obvious pricing or print error occurs we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order. You will be notified and may cancel for a full refund.

4. Production & Shipping

• Shipping costs: Displayed at checkout based on destination and service.

4.2 Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes on arrival. These fees are outside our control and payable by the buyer.

4.3 Late or Missing Delivery

1. Verify the delivery address in your confirmation email.
2. Contact your local post office.
3. Check with neighbours.

If the parcel is still missing, email no-reply@avgroup.design with your order number. If you entered an incorrect address, we can reship once the parcel returns or remake the item at your cost.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from the contract for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

• You must inform us of your decision by email within the 14-day period.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is at your expense and risk.
• We will refund the price of the goods (excluding outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We do not offer size or colour exchanges for change-of-mind.
• If you receive a defective, mis-printed or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will remake or refund (including shipping) at our discretion.
• Approved warranty claims for print defects are covered for 12 months; we pay return freight if a return is required.

7. Order Limits & Cancellation by Seller

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, account, payment card or address if fraud or resale is suspected. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Force Majeure

Pandemics, natural disasters, cyber-attacks or other events beyond reasonable control may delay or suspend performance without liability. We will keep you informed.

9. Intellectual Property & User Content

All designs, images and text are property of AV Group AB. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit our content without written permission. Any material you submit may be edited, published or removed at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

Third-party resources are provided “as-is”. Use them at your own risk. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant provider.

11. Data Protection & Security

• Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
• Card data is always encrypted. Other data may transit unencrypted networks.

12. Errors & Omissions

Typographical or factual errors may be corrected without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors for a full refund.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Swedish substantive law applies. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Court venue is Gothenburg District Court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. New versions take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
